All floral orders are custom designed and made to order. Because each piece is created with perishable materials and arranged specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed.

If there is ever an issue with your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and make it right where possible.
